I'm Wei, a graduate student for now. However, I want to be an educator with 100 languages —— being a teacher, a learner, a facilitator, a documenter, a sharer, an audience, a set designer, a participant, and a CHILD.

There are hundreds of different images of the child. The image of the child that you have inside directs you as you talk to the child, listen to the child, observe the child.
I Focus.
I know my core strengths, stick to my passions and hone my skills. Most Importantly, I stay focused.
I Love.
My passion is listening to children's languages, respecting children to choose, and thinking in their ways, most importantly, letting children be children.
